After years of working for and with high-tech companies of all sizes in various domains (e.g., strategy, marketing, product, engineering, operations, etc.), and seeing many projects and strategies fail, we continually asked ourselves why? Using the scientific methods of observation, questioning, analyzing and hypothesizing that's in our DNA, we have developed the Business Principles and Mission Specialties to solve these business problems.
What we do.
Proxcent is focused on helping businesses of all sizes develop and execute successful growth strategies. We have a variety of services (Mission Specialties) to help businesses succeed no matter what stage of business evolution they are in. This could be from the startup concept stage to a large enterprise.
Why we do it.
Many businesses have great innovative ideas, but still struggle to reach their goals because they don’t effectively manage all the elements of the business needed to be successful. There are many reasons they struggle, but usually it is due to the lack of time the leadership has to focus on the execution of key growth strategies. Proxcent can either show you how to execute effectively, help you execute successfully, or execute the plan for you.
How we do it.
We use proven scientific methods that greatly increases the probability of success over traditional methods. Traditional methods could include top-down decision making based on limited information due to the lack of time to fully analyze the problem. However, the reasons businesses need help could be very different for each individual company or project. There’s no panacea, cheat codes or secret sauce. Just a new way to look at the business and better utilize these valuable, common-sense methods. Think of Proxcent as your personal trainer or coach.
